Lender-ready borrower files without the back-and-forth
Send each borrower one private link for pay stubs, full bank statements, ID and proof of income. They upload from their phone with no account, every document is checked for missing pages and dates as it arrives, and an AI agent follows up until the file is ready to submit.
Free to try with one client, no credit card. Pro is $29 a month for unlimited requests.
Borrower files, on autopilot
One link per borrower. A complete file before you submit.
01 · After the first call
Send the borrower their checklist
Start from the Mortgage application pack and add what your lenders ask for. The borrower gets a private link by email with your name and logo.
02 · Same day
Borrowers upload from their phone
No account and no app. Statements are asked for as PDFs downloaded from the bank, because lenders don't accept screenshots.
03 · On every upload
Problems are flagged on the spot
A statement with page 3 missing, a pay stub that's too old or an app screenshot instead of a PDF is flagged while the borrower is still on the page.
04 · Until your date
The agent chases what's missing
Reminders are paced to the date you set, listing only what's still outstanding. The large-deposit question is asked in the same link.
05 · When it's all in
Package it for the lender
Download a ZIP or send the finished file to Google Drive. Copies are deleted afterwards.

The agent does the chasing between lender conditions
It emails each borrower their checklist, answers "which statement do you mean?" and "can I send a screenshot?", and paces reminders to your date, listing only what's still missing. Borrowers can reply to the email with attachments and the files land under the right item. Questions about rates or approval are handed to you.
How it compares
Most brokers collect by email, or through the borrower portal in their loan software. Tangentflow does one job: a complete, checked file.
| Tangentflow | Email attachments | Loan software portals | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Borrower needs an account | No, one private link | No | Usually a portal login |
| Checks each upload | Yes, pages and dates | No, underwriting finds it | Varies |
| Reminders | Agent, paced to your date | You write them | Scheduled emails |
| Answers borrower questions | Yes, by email | You do | You do |
| Setup time | Minutes, from a template | None | Days to weeks |
| Pricing | Free to try, then $29/month | Free | Usually per user, per month |
Tangentflow doesn't submit to lenders or replace your loan origination system. It gets the documents in and checked. More on how it works for mortgage brokers.

Worth of your time
$900
Pro is $29 a month. If the agent takes even a quarter of that off your plate, that's $225 of your time back.

Questions mortgage brokers ask
- Do my clients need an account or an app?
- No. Each person gets a private link that opens on their phone or computer. There is nothing to install and no password to forget. For sensitive requests you can require a 6-digit code sent to their email before the link opens.
- Can I stop borrowers sending screenshots of their banking app?
- Yes. Set a statement item to PDF only, and the check looks for a complete statement with every page. A screenshot or app summary is flagged while the borrower is still on the page.
- What does the AI check on each upload?
- Whatever you set on each item: that a statement has every page and is recent, that the name matches, that an ID isn't expired, and that the file is what the item asks for.
- Can I add a lender's condition after the file is sent?
- Yes. Use Request more from customer on the request: write what the lender asked for, and the borrower gets your message by email and uploads it on the same link.
- Will the agent talk about rates or approval?
- No. It answers questions about what to upload and how, and sends reminders. Anything about the loan itself is handed to you.
- How long are files kept?
- They're deleted automatically after the request is complete or its retention period ends: 7 days on Free and up to 60 days on Pro. Download a ZIP or send finished requests to Google Drive and keep what you need in your own system.
- What does it cost?
- Free covers one open request at a time, with the AI agent on your first one, so you can try it with a real client. Pro is $29 a month for unlimited requests, batches, email replies with attachments, Google Drive delivery and your branding.
