- No. It sends at most one automatic email a day per customer, respects quiet hours in your time zone, skips reminders right after the customer was active and stops when everything is in.
- Can it say things I wouldn't?
- It answers only from your checklist, your instructions and your notes. It never asks for passwords, card details or payment, and it hands off to you when a question is outside what it knows.
- Does it send text messages?
