Deliverables arrive everywhere
One creator sends a Drive folder, another a WeTransfer link, a third attaches clips to a DM. Someone has to gather it all and work out which brief each file belongs to.
Off-brief videos waste a round
Horizontal when you needed vertical, 45 seconds when the ad slot is 30, or the discount code never said out loud. You only find out after you download and watch.
Usage rights are an afterthought
Releases live in a separate email thread or never get signed, so it is unclear whether a clip can run as a paid ad or only on organic social.

- Attach example videos to each item as the brief, so creators see the hook, pacing and framing you want.
- Hook videos
- Set vertical 9:16, a length range in seconds and 1080p minimum. Wrong format is flagged before the upload starts.
- Product demo
- The transcript is checked against your brief, such as saying the product name and discount code with no competitor names.
- Unboxing video
- Recorded on the page with your prompts on screen, or uploaded from the creator's camera roll up to 500 MB.
- Raw clips and B-roll
- Multiple files under one item, so editors get the unedited footage alongside the finished cuts.
- Product photos
- Lifestyle and flat-lay shots, checked by AI for blur, lighting and whether the product is in frame.
- Usage-rights release
- List the uses, such as website, social and paid ads, plus your terms. The creator ticks each use and signs, and you get a signed PDF.

- Ask for changes on a single video. That item reopens and the agent chases the new version while the rest stay approved.
The AI agent does the chasing
The AI collection agent emails each creator their link, answers questions about the brief by email and in the on-page chat, and paces reminders to your needed-by date. When you ask for changes on a clip, it emails the creator, reopens that item and follows up until the new version arrives. Questions about rates or contracts are handed to your team.
Frequently asked questions
- Do creators need an account?
- No. Each creator gets a private link that works on any phone. They can record on the page with prompts on screen or upload videos they already shot.
- Can I enforce vertical video and a length limit?
- Yes. Set orientation, minimum and maximum length in seconds, and a minimum resolution of 720p or 1080p per item. Videos are checked as soon as they are picked, before the upload.
- Does Tangentflow pay creators or help me find them?
- No. Tangentflow is not a creator marketplace and does not handle payments. It collects deliverables and releases from creators you already work with.
- What about FTC disclosure?
- Endorsements from creators with a material connection to your brand generally need to be disclosed. You can add disclosure wording to your brief and check transcripts for it, but Tangentflow does not give legal advice.
- Where do the finished videos go?
- Download a ZIP, send files to Google Drive, or post them to your system with a webhook. Files are delivered to your Drive, not hosted by us, and are deleted automatically after 7 days on Free or 60 days on Pro.
