Get new hires placement-ready before day one
Send each candidate a private link with your onboarding checklist: licenses, certifications, direct deposit form and the policies they need to sign. Every upload is checked for the worker's name and an expiration date, so expired credentials are caught before a placement.

Why collecting is hard
Placements wait on paperwork
A client wants someone on Monday, but the candidate still has not sent their certification or signed the handbook acknowledgment.
Expired credentials slip through
A CPR card or license that expired last month is easy to miss when recruiters review dozens of files a week.
Recruiters chase instead of recruit
Follow-up emails and calls for missing forms take hours away from filling open orders.
What you can collect
Start from a ready-made checklist and adjust it. Each item can have its own rules, examples and forms.
- Professional licenses
- Checked for the worker's name and an expiration date in the future.
- Certifications
- CPR, forklift, food handler and similar cards, front and back, flagged if expired.
- Direct deposit form
- Attach your own fillable PDF. New hires fill it in and sign with a drawn signature.
- Voided check or bank letter
- A photo or PDF, which you can exclude from AI checks.
- Signed policies
- Handbook acknowledgment, safety policy and other forms, each checked for a signature.
- Resume and work history
- A PDF or Word file plus text questions for recent employers.
- Emergency contact
- Name, phone and relationship, collected as text and phone questions.
- Availability and start date
- Date and choice questions so scheduling has what it needs.
The AI agent does the chasing
The AI collection agent emails each new hire their checklist, answers questions about which documents to upload, and paces reminders to the start date. Workers can reply with photos of their cards attached and they go to the right item. Questions about pay, schedules or the role are handed to your recruiter.
