About
A small company with one job: get the paperwork in.
Tangentflow is an AI agent that collects documents, photos and signed forms from a business's customers through one private link, checks each upload as it arrives and chases what's missing until it's all in. It is built for bookkeepers and small firms in the United States and Canada.
Who makes it
Built and run by its founder.
Tangentflow is made by Bibin Mathew, its founder, who also writes the guides on the blog and answers support email himself. There is no sales team and no outsourced support: the person who replies to hello@tangentflow.com is the person who built the product.
The product started from a familiar problem: every month, every tax season and every onboarding, a business asks its customers for the same documents and then spends days reminding them. Tangentflow exists so that one person can send the request once and let the agent do the rest.
The client never makes an account
Every request is one private link that opens on a phone. There is nothing to install and no password to forget, because the person uploading is not our customer and should not have to learn our product.
Files are deleted, not hoarded
Documents are kept only as long as the request needs them: 7 days on Free and up to 60 on Pro, then deleted automatically with a certificate. The business keeps what it needs in its own system.
The agent chases so people don't have to
Reminders, answers and follow-ups are the boring part of collecting paperwork. The agent does them, paced to the deadline and within quiet hours, and hands over to a person the moment judgment is needed.
Say what it doesn't do
No QuickBooks or Xero integration, no text messages, no accounting advice. Every product and help page states the limits as plainly as the features.
