About
About TangentFlow
A measurement company for the moment buyers stopped searching and started asking.
TangentFlow is an agent-visibility service founded in 2026 and run from Kerala, India. It measures how often AI assistants recommend a brand in realistic buyer scenarios, scores whether a site is readable to those assistants, and tracks whether changes move anything. It is built by Bibin Mathew and runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers.
Why it exists
Buyers increasingly ask an assistant before they open a search engine, and the assistant names three to five options. If your product is not in that shortlist, the buyer never learns it exists. That is measurable, so we measure it: a frozen corpus of buyer scenarios for the categories we track weekly, and a live per-site check for everyone else.
How we work
- Counts before scores. A live check reports how many answers named you, out of how many asked. The weekly index reports share of recommendation with 95% confidence intervals.
- Nothing is called a change unless it survives a test. Week-over-week movement is significance-gated and corrected for multiple comparisons.
- Raw answers are kept verbatim, forever, so any number can be re-derived or re-judged later.
- Model updates are detected with a control task set and marked as epoch boundaries, so a model change is never mistaken for a market change.
- One public rulebook. The readiness rubric is versioned and identical for every site, including this one.
What we will not do
Sell placement in the index, promise mentions, generate reviews, post to communities on your behalf, or send outreach from your name. We sell the measurement and the fixes, never the position.
