Terms of service

These terms govern use of Tangentflow by businesses. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your responsibilities

• Only request information you are entitled to collect, and tell customers why you need it.
• Download anything you are required to keep before a request is deleted. Deletion is permanent.
• Do not use Tangentflow to store or distribute unlawful content, or as general file hosting.

Automated checks

AI checks and summaries help you review submissions but can be wrong. You remain responsible for decisions based on the documents.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments and can be canceled at any time from the billing portal. Downgrading never deletes data earlier than its scheduled date.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
