Terms of Service

TangentFlow reads the public pages of a website you submit, asks AI assistants questions a customer might ask about that business, and reports whether and how the business is mentioned. It also suggests changes and drafts content you can publish. You can use it without an account for a one-time scan, or with a paid plan for scheduled re-scans and additional features.

We cannot make any AI assistant recommend your business, and we do not promise to. AI answers depend on factors outside anyone's control, including the assistant's own systems, which change without notice. Our reports describe what the assistants said at the time of the scan. Our recommendations are suggestions based on patterns we observe, not guarantees of a result.

Any "predicted" or "simulated" outcome in the product is an estimate and is labelled as such.

You may only scan websites for businesses you own, work for, or have permission to act for, including clients if you are an agency. You agree not to:

• use the service to harass, defame, or gather intelligence on a business you have no relationship with;
• publish generated content that is false or misleading about your business or a competitor;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation;
• resell reports or access without an agency plan that permits it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Pages, snippets, listings and other content we draft for you are produced with the help of AI models and are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before publishing. Once published, the content is yours. We claim no ownership of it and no liability for it.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• If we change prices, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to them.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: you own your scan results and content, you grant us permission to process them to run the service, and we may use de-identified aggregate data to improve it.

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. TangentFlow is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic, Microsoft or any other AI provider. Availability of a given assistant in our scans depends on those providers and may change.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reports are complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or customers, even if we were told they might occur.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data where practical.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kochi, Kerala, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
