Fill in PDFs online
Fillable PDF forms show their fields as simple inputs on the customer's phone. The finished, flattened PDF is added to the checklist.
Sign with a finger or mouse
Customers draw a signature and type their name. It's placed on the form, in its signature box when there is one, stamped “Signed electronically by” with the date and time.
Attached to every email
The invitation and reminders carry the form as an attachment, marked against its item, so customers can fill it in however suits them.
Word and Excel forms too
Customers download, fill in and upload them back, or reply to the email with the completed file.
Checked when it comes back
The check confirms it's your form, filled in rather than blank, and signed when the item requires it.
Examples to follow
Add a photo or short video to any item to show what a good upload looks like, like a clear photo of an electrical panel.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this a legally binding e-signature?
- It's a simple electronic signature with the signer's name and a timestamp on the document, which suits everyday consent and authorization forms. For contracts that need a full audit certificate, use a dedicated e-signature platform and check with your counsel.
- What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
- Customers can still sign it online when the item requires a signature, or download, fill in and upload it.
- How big can a form be?
- Up to 25 MB. Forms up to 10 MB in total are attached to the emails; larger ones are downloaded from the upload page.
