When checks run
Every Monday at 06:00 UTC, every tracked site whose last check is older than six days is re-scanned with the same questions, plus any custom questions on Pro. You can also press Re-check now on the dashboard at any time.
What is compared
Each question and assistant pair is compared with the previous check. Named to not named, or the reverse, is a flip. Position changes and tone changes are shown in the grid but do not count as flips.
The email
"Your business: N questions flipped your way this week", with the gains, the losses, and a link to the dashboard. If nothing flipped you still get a short note, because silence is also information.
Verification
Tasks you marked done are checked against every later score. If the answers moved after the change, the task is verified and counts towards the fix-efficacy data shown to other users, without naming you.
Trials and plans
Starter and trial accounts are checked on ChatGPT. Pro and Agency are checked on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. If a trial ends without a plan, checks pause and the report stays readable.
