TangentFlow answers one question: when a customer asks an AI assistant for something you sell, are you in the answer? Here is the whole loop in four steps.
1. Run the free scan
Go to tangentflow.com/scan and paste your website address, or type your business name if you want to be checked by name. We read your homepage, work out what you do and where, and show you a confirm screen with the business name, the kind of business (local, SaaS or agency), the market phrase and the location. Correct anything that is off, then start the scan.

2. Read the report
The report opens at a link you can share. Start with the score strip and the mirror moment: the score tells you how often you were named, the mirror moment tells you what each assistant believes about you and which of those beliefs are wrong or missing. Then work down: the questions grid, who got named instead and why, the sources the assistants read, the technical audit, and the ranked task list. Reading your report walks through every section.
3. Save it to an account
Click Save and track weekly on the report. You sign in with an email link, a password, or Google, and the report becomes a tracked site on your dashboard. Saving is what turns a snapshot into monitoring: from then on we re-check every Monday and email you when a question flips.
Your first weekly check on a paid plan also expands the question set to 20, and on Pro adds Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.
4. Work the task list
The dashboard ranks the fixes by impact. Each one explains why, from your own scan, and most come with the page, listing or reply already drafted. Mark a task done when you have published the fix; we verify it against the next checks and tell you when the answers moved.
What to expect on timing
Technical fixes such as unblocking crawlers can show within days. New pages, listings and replies usually take two to four weeks to appear in answers. Weekly checks are the right cadence; daily checks mostly measure noise.
