API key
On the Plan page, create an API key. It reads your sites only. Rotate it any time; the old key stops immediately.
Site MCP server
Point Claude Desktop, Cursor or any MCP client at https://tangentflow.com/api/mcp/site with the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>. The Plan page shows a ready-to-paste config. Tools: list_sites, get_visibility, get_questions, get_tasks, get_history.
CSV
Every dashboard has an Export button. For scripts and Looker Studio, call https://tangentflow.com/app/s/<site id>/export.csv?key=<your key> for the question grid, or add &what=history for the score and share history.
Google Analytics
On Pro, the dashboard's traffic card connects to Google Analytics 4 with read-only access and shows sessions referred by AI assistants. Disconnect from the same card.
Public directory MCP
The directory is readable without a key at https://tangentflow.com/api/mcp, with search_products, get_product, best_for, list_markets and submit_product.
