Privacy Policy — TangentFlow Mobile App

The short version: the app collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no data ever leaves your device. There is no server involved in using the mobile app at all.

What data exists, and where it lives

• Your boards, tasks, tags, due dates, photos, and settings are stored only in the app's private storage on your device.
• The app makes no network requests with your data. It works fully offline.
• If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it.

What we don't do

• No account or sign-in exists in the app.
• No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs are included.
• We do not collect, sell, share, or even receive any personal information.

Device features the app uses

• Photos: attaching a photo uses the system photo picker. The app receives only the single image you choose and never gains access to your photo library.
• Face ID / biometrics: the optional app lock is handled entirely by your device's operating system. The app receives only a yes/no unlock result — never biometric data.
• Backups: the optional daily backup writes JSON files to a folder on your device that you control (visible in the Files app on iOS). They never leave your device unless you move them.
• Home-screen widget & share sheet: operate entirely on-device.

Deleting your data

Delete any card or board in the app, use "Delete everything" in the menu, or simply delete the app — all of it is local, so deletion is immediate and complete.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. We won't quietly weaken it.
